cancellation policy

 We have activities in an indoor space planned in the event of weather that does not permit outside activity.

In the event that weather permits NO outdoor or water activities throughout the entire week, you will receive a 30% refund for that week and your child may still attend, or you may choose to cancel your attendance with 50% refund with at least 5 days' notice if signed-up for a full week. If signed-up for a single outdoor session (fishing, water safety, animal care) your event may be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund. 

Should you choose to cancel your class  for any other reason, the following refunds will be issued:

• 21 days prior to your class date- full refund
• 1 week prior to class date- 25% refund (or full credit towards another class)
• Less than 1 week- No refund but can receive credit towards another class.
